About
Health Tech Hub Styria
The Health Tech Hub Styria is an initiative led by the Medical University of Graz and 7 leading stakeholders in the Styrian innovation system. Human.technology Styria, Joanneum Research, Medical University of Graz, Science Park Graz, ESA Space Solutions Austria, SFG and City of Graz. Its goal is to build strong networks in the tech, medical and health care industries by bringing the relevant players together.
About the project
Building a tech hub for Styria to conquer health care
The project involved a strategic planning process in order to merge a website with an already existing community platform. Building on the strategic foundations, we developed a new brand identity for HTH to showcase their innovative mindset and forward-thinking mentality. An integral part of the project was the strategic support we provided for HTH, which also culminated in an online presence that serves as a platform to showcase the initiative's activities and services and to engage with potential partners and stakeholders.
What we did
A proven system to deliver impact
Discover
We discover needs, pain points, wishes, requirements and more about our users.
Strategize
We develop concepts, strategies and action plans on how to leverage the previously discovered pain points or solve our user’s problems.
Execute
Once we have tested and validated our designs and prototypes, we go into development and execution. Now we are talking agile software development.
Launch
Launching a new product or service requires clear and thought-out go-to-market strategies. We focus all our energy on the big day!
Evolve
After launch comes growth. This phase is accompanied by careful strategic work that makes sure the product or service is continuously improved as it evolves.
